Terms of Use

Student First is for college students with a working .edu email address. To earn points or redeem rewards you must be 18 or older. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Student First is an independent service. It isn't run, sponsored or endorsed by any college or university. School names appear only so you can choose yours.

• Deals come from independent shops. Each shop sets its own deal, rules and hours.
• We can't promise a deal will always be available, or that a shop will honor it.
• Each deal can be used once per shop per day.
• Show your pass at the counter, and your student ID when the deal asks for it. Your pass is for you only. Don't lend it, screenshot it or use someone else's.
• Some kinds of shops (for example massage and spa) are listed only after we have checked their business license. That check isn't a promise about the quality or safety of the shop.

• You earn points by using a deal while your phone is at the shop, and by inviting friends.
• Points have no cash value. You can't sell or transfer them.
• Rewards are redeemed with a one-time code and depend on availability.
• We can fix mistakes, such as removing points added by error, and we may change or end the points program.

Please don't:

• make more than one account, or use someone else's;
• fake your location or use tools to automate the app;
• share or sell reward codes, or misuse invite codes;
• do anything that harms the app, other students or the shops.

We may suspend accounts and remove points if these rules are broken.

You sign in with a code we email to you. Keep your email secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

You can suggest shops for us to add. We may use your suggestions freely and we have no duty to add any shop.

The app, the name and the design belong to Student First. Shop names and photos belong to the shops and appear with their permission.

The app is provided “as is.” We aren't responsible for what shops sell or do, including food allergies, fitness, spa or other services. You use shops at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Student First isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to $100.

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can change these terms, and we'll update the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
